The College strongly encourages the use of flexible work arrangements as one approach to supporting staff and their work/life effectiveness, to improving staff morale, and to recruiting and retaining a high quality workforce. The college’s policy on Scheduling Work, Overtime Compensation, and “Safe Harbor” Provisions, Policy 2.3.15, addresses condensed work week option and is available at http://www.cotc.edu/faculty-and-staff/hr/Documents/policies/2.3.15.pdf.
