The utility data used for begining analysis were from FY2009-2012, and, as indicated by the STARS technical manual, were extrapolated using a linear regression model to determine the baseline figure.

Analysis was conducted by The Ohio State University Office of Energy Services and Sustainability based on data supplied by the Newark campus Facilities department and Accounting department.
