Central Ohio Technical College is a member of the Sustainability Education and Economic Development center (SEED), a free initiative on behalf of ecoAmerica and the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). The mission of the program is "supporting community colleges in education for and building a green economy".

The main incentives utilized by the College are the professional development programs and the potential to be nationally recognized.

SEED Offers:

Over 500 green curricular and other resources curated by industry and higher education experts.

Detailed guides, toolkits and promising practices for two-year college faculty, staff, and leaders

Professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
