The Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness is charged with reviewing results of surveys and getting information out to the college community regarding results and areas of greatest impact for improvement. Recent examples of this includes the Rewards and Recognition Team formed to address the gaps identified by employees. Another example includes the Employee Development Action Project Team that was developed to address the gaps identified by employees in professional development, adva
