Brew Academy and Culinary Gardens
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
CNM CLL & Sustainability Project Manager has approved and coordinated resources for the Brew Academy and Culinary Arts program to start their own gardens which grow herbs, vegetables, and hops. See attached picture (taken June 18, 2019) and visit CNM Sustainability Instagram. This evolved from a previous "Compost to Garden Project" but is now it's own campus project that has been integrated into curriculum.
