A brief description of programs, policies, infrastructure investments, outreach efforts, and/or other factors that contributed to the diversion rate for construction and demolition waste:
CNM strives to meet the requirements of the related LEED credits, specifically MRc1.1 Building Reuse - Maintain Existing Walls, Floors, and Roof, MRc1.2 Building Reuse - Maintain 50% of Interior, MRc2 Construction waste Management, and MRc3 Materials Reuse, whenever possible.
Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
The amounts noted are for 4 of our 5 LEED Certified projects (RR, JS, TW, and ATC). We do not currently have access to the MRc2 forms for the SRC project which was certified under the LEED-NC v2.2 (the old USGBC website). We are in the process of getting this information from USGBC. These numbers also do not include the construction projects that were not officially LEED Certified because this data was not collected.
