A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
This submission will include all of Central Michigan University's (CMU's) main campus, as well as the Biological Station on Beaver Island when applicable. CMU's main campus includes such notable buildings such Bio-Sciences, Health Professions, and Educational and Human Services, which are among a total of 64 buildings on the main campus. These buildings include laboratory spaces, clinics, healthcare spaces, academic spaces, dining spaces, residential spaces, and facilities. Hospital spaces are excluded from the context of this report.

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:
CMU is interested in expanding to meet its current and future student body's needs. CMU has satellite campuses in several locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. However, due to the vast requirements of ensuring meticulous accuracy, this report will exclude said spaces for the sake of maintaining granular data.
