A brief description of the employee educators program (1st program):

In November of 2020, students Eric Urbaniak and Teresa Homsi developed a program in which University faculty and staff could be trained in operational sustainability at Central Michigan University. They would be taken on a campus tour highlighting the composting and solar power programs, as well as other sustainability programs at the University. The trained faculty and staff are then enabled to provide the sustainability tour to peers. While the program is in its infancy, two Student Activity Center staff have already registered to become trained experts, as well as several science faculty members on campus.
