All new Central Michigan University employees go through a set of training presentations. During these training sessions, employees are exposed to all of the different departments within the university, including Facilities Management. During this section of orientation, new hires are exposed to CMU's green cleaning practices, recycling program, composting program, energy efficiency initiatives, as well as education, outreach & sustainability competition involvement.
