A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
We serve 25 counties in central Nebraska, with campuses at Columbus, Grand Island and Hastings and centers at Holdrege, Kearney and Lexington and we provide classes in more than 90 communities. CCC provides the opportunity to take classes and remotely and earn degrees, diplomas and certificates online.
Which of the following features are present on campus and which are included within the institutional boundary?:
Present? | Included? | |
Agricultural school | No | --- |
Medical school | No | --- |
Other professional school with labs or clinics (e.g. dental, nursing, pharmacy, public health, veterinary) | Yes | Yes |
Museum | No | --- |
Satellite campus | Yes | Yes |
Farm larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres | No | --- |
Agricultural experiment station larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres | No | --- |
Hospital | No | --- |
The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:
We exclude College Park in Grand Island, as multiple institutions use the classroom and office space. As of 2022, Central CC only has theater access, and a few offices in College Park.
