Students and Employees are asked to participate in satisfaction surveys that are built to improve student and employee satisfaction, inclusion and well-being. These surveys are then used to assess areas in which the college may improve the overall atmosphere on campus.

Diversity and employee trainings are offered to all faculty and staff and those trainings are regularly updated.
