Compliance & Equity Manager: Coordinate civil rights compliance efforts including the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate disclosures, policies, procedures and practices designed to comply with federal and state legislation. Develop, implement and coordinate college efforts aimed at the prevention of sexual violence, sex and/or gender-based, disability and other forms of discrimination.
Specific faculty and management are designated to oversee both the college-wide Civil-Rights Committee and college-wide ADA and 504 Committees.

Specific faculty and management are designated to oversee both the college-wide Civil-Rights Committee and college-wide ADA and 504 Committees. There is an annual college-wide diversity training. There is also a full-time manager dedicated to prevention education about diversity inclusion & LGBTQIA issues.
