CCCC recycles toning cartridges, recycles motor oil and donates pallets to fire rescue training.

Surplus or leftover food is currently donated to students/staff, composted, or fed to the chickens.

All food that possible to use for composting is saved and composted to the best of our ability in the Natural Chef and Restaurant classes. The first phase of production includes prepping food and cooking. Any trimmed or inedible portions are composted at the farm on campus.

All food that is not consumed due to overproduction or errors and is appropriate for composting is composted at the farm on campus.
