A brief description of the assessment(s):
Central Carolina conducts a college-wide Faculty/Staff Satisfaction survey annually, focusing on employees’ perceptions of the extent to which they are supported in their jobs by all college service areas and functions. In addition, a climate survey is conducted every four years, assessing employees’ satisfaction with administrative support, campus culture, and environment. Further, individual departments and units conduct satisfaction surveys annually or bi-annually, including the college Library, the college-wide Quality Enhancement Program, Marketing and Public Affairs, and various Business Services departments. All surveys are conducted on-line by the Institutional Effectiveness department, and respondents’ anonymity is vigorously protected.
