220,732 square feet is the measure of the combined square footage of all constructed or renovated buildings within five years prior to March 3rd, 2023. No new buildings have been constructed since March 3rd, 2018, so the square footage figure is the sum of the square footage of the renovated Abernathy Physical Education Building, Cannon Student Center, Center for the Environment, Corriher Linn Black Library, Johnston Tennis Complex Restrooms, and Ketner Hall.
The College has constructed ~40,000 square feet of LEED Certified Dorms in 2009. These dorms are known as Abernathy Village. The certified dorms are Fuller Hall, Goodman East Hall, Goodman West Hall, and Graham Hall.
