NC Clean Future

The Catawba College Center for the Environment has partnered with Wake Forest University's Center for Energy, Environment & Sustainability to develop the NC Clean Future Program.

NC Clean Future’s mission is to enable the transition to a clean economy for the benefit of all North Carolinians and helping to ensure that the state is at the forefront of the clean future.  NC Clean Future will help our state be a leader in the clean economy by bringing together the people, ideas and actions to address issues of growth, climate change, land conservation, clean water and clean air so that North Carolinians prospers now and for future generations.

The program aims to maximize the impact of clean energy policy, grants, and academic excellence to improve uptake of existing programs.
