Additional Conservation Area: Kerr Tract

In 2021, Catawba College entered into a conservation easement agreement with the Three Rivers Land Trust to perpetually preserve the natural state of 40 additional acres of land in a separate off-campus tract. This land is referred to commonly as the "Kerr Tract". The Kerr Tract continues the legacy of the College in the preservation of natural areas around campus.
