While CWRU has not yet implemented a LEED EBOM pilot, the University's intention is to do so in the next three years. In addition, we are using LEED EBOM as an internal guide for creating our own facilities management procedures.
Within the Facilities Standards document, the Indoor Air Quality policy is located on page 01 81 10-7. The protocol aims to minimize air pollution from the building site by analyzing and/or testing to identify potential sources of air pollution using current, applicable ASHRAE Standards. Any building occupant with concerns about indoor air quality can submit complaints through the customer service center, which can be reached at (216) 368-2580, which will be investigated by CWRU Facilities department or anonymously through the CWRU Integrity hotline. Occupants can register complaints through these different hotlines, and facilities will work with EHS which ultimately addresses any IAQ issues. https://www.caseintegrityhotline.com/
