An assessment process was led in 2016 by consultants and an internal diverse team of stakeholders which led to the creation of a Diversity Strategic Action Plan in 2016.

The number one goal of the assessment was to improve the campus diversity climate and led to the development of a Diversity Strategic Action Plan which indicates the policy, program and initiative gaps and sets objectives for implementation.

Several open town hall events were held. In addition the diversity office visited each school and large division business unit to share highlights and engagement and feedback opportunities.
