A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Employees have access to a state employee assistance program that provides free counseling and consultation, free legal consultation and financial counseling services, as well as a comprehensive work-life website that includes resources, articles, webinars and e-learnings, financial calculators, legal documents, self-search provider databases for eldercare, childcare, and more. Students are able to access 10 sessions of counseling on campus. There is also the Health and Wellness Resource Center (HaWRC) that providse resources connections, financial coaching, and public benefits enrollment. Our services include peer health education and sexual and relationship violence prevention and advocacy

Buildings on campus are smoke-free. There are designated outdoor smoking areas that are identified by a green gazebo for students and employees to smoke.
