CC3 is certified LEED Platinum BD+C but is not certified O+M. Our facilities team and custodial teams use green cleaning products, manage and have sorting stations for waste in all buildings, and operate a low use energy load management program to reduce energy use.
Air filters are regularly maintained, one building collects rainwater for use in flushing toilets, and where possible, low energy (LED) light bulbs have been installed.
