Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
8

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

An assessment was conducted at a department level, the Facilities, Infrastructure and Risk Management (FIRM) division includes several administrative and service departments.

A FIRM leadership committee worked with Institutional Research & Analysis and our HRBP to develop a survey in Qualtrics. Once sent out, employees had two weeks to respond. Questions were asked related to Satisfaction (team, department and division), Culture (team, department and division) and Training. Open-ended questions were included.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

With the dashboard created via Qualtrics, Division AVPs were given access to each of their department results, allowing them to drill down to team level, if relevant. The FIRM leadership team was provided analysis of the open-ended question responses during a leadership retreat, which allowed for brainstorming opportunities to address comments related to division culture and employee initiatives. On a department level, AVPs directed their respective leadership teams to respond to survey results as needed (not shared with OPVO / leadership team as a whole).
