The institution's open access policy:
The library actively supports open access publishing and is a founding member of the Lever Press, (https://www.leverpress.org/) an open access, peer-reviewed, digitally native press aligned with the mission of liberal arts colleges. As mentioned above, the library also supports Knowledge Unlatched and we participate in other open access ventures such as the Center for Research Libraries’ Global Press Archive. In addition, and in support of open access and the college’s public scholarship initiative, the library has established the Carleton Digital Commons http://digitalcommons.carleton.edu/, the institutional repository for the campus. The campus also supports other options/platforms for open access publishing, such as web pages, etc.
