Carleton's Human Resources completed an employee satisfaction survey in FY19 to gather information to assist with employee retention and satisfaction within their roles for the college.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The survey results were shared with the Board of Directors, all staff & faculty, and with the administration. Group session swere also completed with Staff at Carleton (SAC) and Fourm to review feedback and discuss options. Out of this, senior administration made changes to benefits and practice based on results. The survey will be repeated every two to three years.
