A brief description of the institution’s LGBTQ-inclusive policies, programs and practices:
Carleton College has a Gender and Sexuality Center (GSC) with two staff members, 10 students that serve as Peer Leaders in the campus community, and 2 House Managers who oversee programming, community building, and house operations for two GSC sponsored residential spaces. The GSC offers resources and support on issues related to diversity in gender and sexuality as well as healthy communities and relationships. We work with other campus organizations and offices to strengthen and sustain an inclusive campus community that promotes gender equality and awareness.
