CEDI takes pieces and does smaller projects well each year. Charge from the President.
They also are collecting information about all diversity and inclusion training as a "map" of resources on campus.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs and initiatives:
Campus Conversations from VP of Student Life that lead to many changes across campus. The most recent example is that Community, Equity, Diversity Initiative (CEDI) did an assessment of all restrooms on campus to asses and prioritize making restrooms ADA complaint and gender-neutral. This group is also creating a report on all the diversity-related training from each department (map). The link below also has the most recent charge of this group.

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
Campus Climate Survey conducted in 2008, which lead to the creation of CEDI. CEDI is a formal campus committee made up of faculty, staff, and students to do diversity and inclusivity research. Their annual reports are circulated online via email and regular updates are given at the all-employee quarterly meetings.
