The total compensation includes min 6% or 3 weeks vacation, 9.31% employer contribution to the Municipal Pension Plan, health, dental, STD, LTD, Life insurance coverage, etc. Overtime worked is paid at 2X the salary rate. These provisions are over and above the employment standard requirements.
