The information presented in the attached food inventory was compiled by Chartwells, Capilano University's food and dining services provider. Details of the sustainably certified and plant-based products were based upon the vendor's ledger of foods provided to Capilano University during the Sept 2021 - August 2022 period. The information provided was checked by Capilano University's STARS coordinator for general compliance to the OP07 assessment criteria. As the 'reporting period' covers a full calendar year, the information presented was deemed to represent all and any seasonal variation.
