Canadore College has developed a "Sustainable Business Travel" guide to help staff reduce the environmental impacts of business travel, including air travel. This document offers practical advice on sustainable transportation options within cities, encourages staff to consider whether travel is necessary, and provides information on accessing travel offset programs through major airlines.
The guide is available under the resources section of the Sustainable Canadore page and within the internal finance documents for staff, supporting the institution’s efforts to mitigate air travel emissions as part of its broader sustainability strategy.
