The Sustainable Happiness course, funded by Organizational Development and Talent Management (Human Resources), was made available to a diverse group of staff, including faculty, senior administrators, and support staff. This initiative allowed them to participate in the course at no cost.
Below is a photo of the first cohort with facilitators Dr. Catherine O'Brien and Chris Adam.
In addition, ODTM has funded training for 5 facilitators with a goal of touching all sectors of the institution with the course - trained facilitators include:
- Director of ODTM (Human Resources)
- Project Leader, Living Sustainability Centre
- Student Government Coordinator
- Student Life Coordinator
- Faculty - Social Sciences
