Yes, Canadore College's GHG emissions inventories have been third-party verified through its partnership with Ecometrica. Using the Ecometrica platform, the college conducts comprehensive audits of its scope 1, 2, and some scope 3 emissions.
This ensures accurate tracking and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, and the results are verified by Ecometrica to meet external validation standards. The verified data is also published annually across all campuses to promote transparency and accountability in the college’s sustainability efforts.
