Most employees of Camosun College are covered by the collective bargaining agreements of either B.C. Government and Service Employees Union (BCGEU), Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE local 2081), or the Camosun College Faculty Association (CCFA.) Of all employees working at Camosun, currently all but one earns at least a "living wage" as defined by The Community Social Planning Council's Living Working or a Living Wage Report 2014 for Victoria of $18.93/hour.
