A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:
Wherever possible, specifications for vehicles with alternative fuel and power technology are looked at while ensuring that vehicle performance criteria and fiscal responsibility are met. Within the small fleet at Camosun, efforts are made to replace larger engine sized vehicle with smaller more fuel efficient technologies.
