Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Injury data is taken from the MIOSHA injury log maintained by Environmental Health and Safety. The performance year data is based on the 2021(?) MIOSHA Log 300. The baseline year data is taken from the 2009 MIOSHA Log 300. Injury totals encompass all employees including student employees and part time employees. The FTE total from PRE-5 does not include student and part time employees. Since the MIOSHA log includes all employees, including student employees and part time employees, the number of employees for this credit was changed to reflect the total number of employees that contribute to the injury totals reported to MIOSHA. We are not copying FTE from PRE-5 for this credit.
