The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:

The Ladies Literary Club (61 Sheldon Blvd SE) was not included in the 2017-18 FY Institutional Boundary as it was sold in this fiscal year. The Roland House (1806 Roland Ave), which was sold in the 17-18 FY was also not included.

Institutional boundary in FY 18-19 is identical to that of FY 17-18.
