A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:

Includes all of main-campus, houses owned by Calvin, off-campus areas like Waltman Lake, Flat Iron Lake, KE apartments, and the Ecosystem Preserve.
*note: some of these areas have no or little square footage to account for in terms of building space.

Which of the following features are present on campus and which are included within the institutional boundary?:
Present? Included?
Agricultural school No ---
Medical school No ---
Other professional school with labs or clinics (e.g. dental, nursing, pharmacy, public health, veterinary) No ---
Museum No ---
Satellite campus No ---
Farm larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No ---
Agricultural experiment station larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No ---
Hospital No ---

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:

The Ladies Literary Club (61 Sheldon Blvd SE) was not included in the 2017-18 FY Institutional Boundary as it was sold in this fiscal year. The Roland House (1806 Roland Ave), which was sold in the 17-18 FY was also not included.

Institutional boundary in FY 18-19 is identical to that of FY 17-18.

Additional documentation to support the submission :

Camp Waltman Lake was sold in FY 19-20, so it is included in the current STARS inventory. When reporting for FY 19-20 and later, Waltman Lake should be excluded.
