Our car sharing program with Enterprise was eliminated on January 1, 2019, but was in effect for a portion of the 2018-2019 academic year. Student car-sharing community boards exist. These are mostly utilized via social media (Facebook car-pool page).
Additionally, Calvin partners with the local bus system (The Rapid) to offer discounted rides to Calvin students, staff, and faculty. Rides cost $0.50 instead of the normal $1.75, and are subsidized by both The Rapid and Calvin University. (Calvin invests approximately $13,000 in this program.)
