A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
Members of contributing departments were given the opportunity to review the STARS report. College Corps Fellow Tiffani Sandoval Rodriguez was the lead reviewer, using the STARS review template to provide feedback on inconsistencies and errors; the Sustainability Specialist confirmed any inconsistencies and errors with the appropriate internal teams, to ensure the data provided was accurate and made necessary corrections.

Taylor Mogavero, Climate Action Coordinator and Caitlin Steele, Director of Sustainability & Energy at San Francisco State University conducted an external review and provided feedback with a shared access Google sheet of the STARS Review template. Stan State reviewed comments and suggestions to make appropriate corrections, to address errors, inconsistencies, and clarifications as required.
