Pursuant to the State Agency Integrated Waste Management Plan (Public Resources Code, Division 30, Part 3, Chapter 18.5), the California State University shall divert 50% of all solid waste generated in construction activities from landfill disposal or transformation facilities through source reduction, recycling and composting. Contractor shall report all source reduction, recycling and composting relative to this Project to the Trustees.
