We use a system that manages our workplace health and safety reports it is called Emergency Response Integrated Tracking System (ERITS). The other program we use is RSS - Risk and Safety Solutions.

Each year, our Workers Comp coordinator has to report through OSHA 300A form our summary of work-related injuries and illnesses. This data comes directly from that report.
