Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
All scope 1 and 2 emissions are required to be reported through the California Air Resources board through the Chancellor’s Office with in the CSU System.
The calculations follow the Climate Registry protocol
Our GHG inventory is located here: https://www.calstate.edu/csu-system/doing-business-with-the-csu/capital-planning-design-construction/operations-center/Pages/csu-energy-dashboard.aspx

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
Reviewed by a student who was conducting a more extensive GHG emissions inventory to include Scope 3. This is still in the works.
