Coyote Cares Day is a CSUSB signature event when students, faculty, staff and alumni provide volunteer service in celebration of National Volunteer Week. The event also provides the campus community with an opportunity to learn about complex issues facing local communities, the work of nonprofit organizations, and how residents can make a difference.
Coyote Cares Day welcomed over 150 students, staff, and faculty who joined to participate in various service activities. Some participants traveled off-campus to volunteer in projects hosted by community partners, while the rest stayed for on-campus efforts.
