For our climate assessments, CSUN interviews relevant employees for information related to the assessment and records that information in a private database accessible to the Office of Equity and Diversity. The comments are reviewed holistically for recommendations.

The results of these assessments help shape our policy by enforcing our no discrimination/harassment policy in the workforce and with students. Enforcing our non-discrimination/harassment policies will ensure these programs and initiatives are providing equality free from discrimination and harassment.
