A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Beginning in 14/15FY sustainability has been incorporated into monthly New Employee Welcome Orientation (NEWO) sessions. New Employee Orientation is open to all CSUN staff and faculty members. These sessions cover everything from payroll and benefits to employee enrichment and fitness. The sustainability presentation covers what sustainability at CSUN means, what commitments the campus has made, recent and ongoing projects, and how employees can get involved and help us reach campus goals.
