This data is severely skewed due to COVID. We had all students as distance learners.

Data from IAR

There are a number of Employee Residents onsite however we did not incorporate this data because East Campus Housing is not part of the project boundary. Other individual residents onsite is 1,737 (2,021 - 291). However, we did not incorporate this data because they are family members from East Campus staff/faculty Housing which is not part of the boundary. (Data from Master Plan EIR table 3-4.)
