2,731,791 number which is main campus 1,558.505 (main campus including BIT, promontory and A3. This number does not include Student Union. Number was lower than previous STARS report due to updates in "SFDB" report that remove square footage from stadium and buildings that were demolished) and east campus student occupied 513,200.

Other energy intense the OP8 number are the data server buildings 41 and 41A (4000+3000). Measurement of area for buildings 41 and 41A is based on data from MetaBIM.

Acreage also includes all housing on East Campus (not just student portion, the report completed in 2021 does include East Campus Open Space for the 1st time.
