A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The campus administered a comprehensive climate survey to all staff, faculty and students in Spring 2015.
As a complement to the climate survey, separate focus groups of students, faculty,and staff will be conducted to capture qualitative data. Focus groups for students and faculty are planned to occur in late spring 2015, with staff groups planned for summer 2015.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The results will be analyzed by the Office of Inclusive Excellence and shared with the President, Cabinet, Extended Cabinet and key stakeholder groups. Preliminary priority areas of action will be identified and shared with the campus for feedback. A final plan for the campus is scheduled to be available in December 2016.
