A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn (i.e. one-year time period or representative sample):
CSUMB purchases paper though Staples and Palace Paper Purchasing. The above numbers are the combine data for both companies which totals CSUMB's paper purchasing. Last year, a equation was generated to calculate the total paper that was used through out campus. That was not our approach this year as we combined data directly from our purchasing.
