Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

$ 111,550 spent on 97 department funded computers. The "Department Funded Computer Request" form is required any time a department purchases a computer before the purchase is approved by me. Average cost of computer is $1150 with tax. This is an estimate based on info I have but should be pretty close.

$ 353,578.99 . Actual money spent on Computer Replacement program during that time period.

The EPEAT website has difficult to understand/use search/lookup tool, so I started with the vendors website and worked my way back. I discovered that 100% of the models we purchase from HP and Apple are certified as Gold.
