CSUMB has both an employee assistance program and a wellness program.
Our Employee Assistance Program offers educational webinars, telephone counseling and face-to-face counseling and referral services for employees, their families, and other members of their households. The EAP is available through Magellan Health Services; the campus EAP web site is at http://hr.csumb.edu/additional-benefits-discounts.
Our Employee Wellness Program encompasses exercise programs, an annual wellness fair and gym discounts. Information on both the EAP and the wellness programs is available at http://hr.csumb.edu/benefits
