The California State University also has a Sustainability website which features sustainability news and efforts across all of the CalState campuses. Each semester, the CSUMB Capstone Festival celebrates the culminating projects of graduating seniors, credential candidates, and master's students as they present their work in sessions held by each of our CSUMB academic programs. These projects reflect the synthesis of knowledge, skills, and abilities developed over the course of a student's learning experience at CSUMB. They include oral presentations, original poetry, oral histories, installation art, murals, photography, performances, research presentations, online teaching and learning, tabletop exhibits, films and videos, multimedia works, computer visualizations, and more.

SODEXO creates brochures about subjects such as voluntary and mandatory meal plans. These brochures specifically mention how the foods use sustainable ingredients and that the ingredients are grown and purchased locally. SODEXO works with event and conference organizers to provide menus including sustainable foods. SODEXO stocks brochures from local sustainable growers.
